By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose

Ecomhire™ is a talent-matching platform that connects businesses with qualified independent contractors.
Our role is to facilitate introductions, onboarding, and provide general support throughout the early stages of the engagement.

While we may offer educational resources, performance reviews, and guidance to help contractors improve their skills, we do not employ contractors and we do not supervise their day-to-day work.

All contractors operate independently, and clients are solely responsible for managing tasks, feedback, and work output.

Ecomhire™ provides matching, onboarding, and general professional development support—nothing in these Terms creates an employer–employee relationship.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

All contractors on our platform operate as independent service providers, not as employees or agents of ecomhire™.

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Managing and supervising contractors

• Providing instructions, tasks, and feedback

• Ensuring legal compliance related to the engagement

Ecomhire™ is not liable for contractor deliverables or performance.

3. Payments

Details related to pricing, billing cycles, fees, and payment terms are outlined privately in the separate Placement Agreement provided to clients upon engagement.

These financial terms are not disclosed publicly and form no part of this public Terms of Use.

4. Replacements & Guarantees

Any guarantees, replacement terms, or service commitments are governed exclusively by the Placement Agreement signed between the client and ecomhire™.

These details are not published publicly and are provided only to active clients.

5. Non-Solicitation

Non-solicitation rules, hiring restrictions, and any related penalties are defined in the Placement Agreement and apply only to clients who formally engage our services.

6. Termination

Termination rules, notice periods, and obligations for both parties are included in the Placement Agreement.

This public Terms of Use covers platform access only.

7. Platform Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse the platform

• Attempt to bypass our services

• Access or copy contractor databases

• Interfere with platform security

We may suspend or restrict platform access at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ecomhire™ is not responsible for any damages resulting from:

• Contractor performance

• Business outcomes

• Platform downtime

• Third-party integrations

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Confidentiality

Any confidential information exchanged between clients, contractors, and ecomhire™ is protected under the private Placement Agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted publicly, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Additional Agreements

All pricing, payment terms, replacement guarantees, penalties, service commitments, and legal obligations are included exclusively in the:

Independent Contractor Placement Agreement

(provided only to clients after onboarding)

These details are intentionally removed from the public Terms to protect business confidentiality and pricing structure.
